Welcome to Kite & Yoga. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or using our services.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Reservations and Payments

To book a lesson, you must complete the booking process through our website, you can contact us by phone/whatsapp or even send us an email. Prices are indicated in euros (€) and payments are due on the first day of the class/course or rental at the school.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
• We accept payment by credit/debit card and other methods specified in the booking process.

3. Cancellation Policy

Once you have confirmed your booking we will ask you to be punctual at the meeting point in order to start at the established time, if for any reason you need to cancel your booking it must be before 24h in order to be able to organise with the other scheduled classes. • Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice: full refund.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: no refund will be issued, but you can reschedule your class for another date (subject to availability).
• Failure to show up for class without prior notice will result in forfeiture of payment.

4. Conditions of Services

Our services (windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUP paddle-surfing, e-bike, e-foil, wingfoil and wakefoil lessons and equipment rental) are subject to the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to participate.
• It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your participation.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Responsibility

There are inherent risks involved in participating in water activities. By using our services, you agree to the following:

• Kite & Yoga shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss resulting from your participation in our activities, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
• It is your responsibility to follow the safety instructions provided by our instructors.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Kite & Yoga or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use this content without our express permission.

7. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Mallorca, Spain.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. We encourage you to check this page periodically.
